Biographical Information
Karen Autio was born in Thunder Bay and grew up in Nipigon, Ontario. She studied
math and computer science at the University of Waterloo and held positions in
computers at various companies in Canada, including Shell Canada.
She has two children and is married to Will, a software developer, with whom she
makes her home in Kelowna, British Columbia.
